Gothic Legends was founded in 2009 by Ali and later entrusted to Ali’s longtime friends Eleanor and her son Cai, becoming a family-run business in 2024. Initially a brick-and-mortar shop specialising in gothic clothing and accessories, it has evolved into a fixture of the UK gothic community. Over the years, Gothic Legends transitioned into an online store, where Eleanor worked with Ali to enhance the marketing efforts, extending their reach to gothic enthusiasts all across the United Kingdom.
Our mission is to be the greatest place for quality gothic apparel, jewellery, accessories, and home décor. With over 40 years of combined experience in the gothic scene, our team is in tune to the unique style and needs of our community.
Gothic Legends is now run by a mother-and-son team, Eleanor and Cai who have extensive backgrounds in design, web development, and marketing. This powerful combination ensures that our online shop not only offers a vast selection of gothic products but also provides an exceptional user experience.
Eleanor, the founder of QUAY Media, is a creative content designer with nearly 25 years’ experience in the design industry. Skilled in graphic design, branding, advertising, infographics, publishing, and more, she is an experienced design professional and a graduate of Plymouth College of Art and Design.
Cai, joined QUAY Media in 2019 after changing his career from an outdoors activity instructor to following another of his passions, photography and all things digital.

We also carefully select novelty item suppliers to source unique bags and more. Our team has years of experience organising an expansive Gothic inventory from reliable wholesalers.
At Gothic Legends, prompt order dispatch is our priority. We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, ensuring swift delivery to our valued customers. Each item is carefully packaged, either in a secure bag or box, to safeguard during transit. We offer a 3 to 5-day delivery option for £3.95 or free shipping on orders over £40. Next-day shipping will be coming soon when we find a suitable service that works for us and more importantly for you. We currently only ship in the United Kingdom but as we grow we hope to be shipping world wide.
