1.1 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if deemed faulty, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, including the cost of return postage.
1.2 Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
2.1 Approved Returns
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs.
